My comment is this says nothing about what the issues are with the fountain. I learned more by talking with the electrician myself the other day for a few minutes. There have been many things which were not done right and which were omitted from the original work. Why not tell us the order of events? Otherwise it just looks like nothing has been done.
Do we have any information on when work will be started on the upper floors carpet/painting etc?
As admin of this (unofficial) site, I simply posted the official management statement. I’ve heard bits and pieces about various things that got screwed up with the fountain, and I believe I posted a few specifics in the past that I picked up from board meetings, but if anyone has particular questions they should probably e-mail Cathy. She’s usually happy to give info to residents who care enough to ask. As for work on the upper levels, I know I’ve heard it mentioned at board meetings but I don’t recall hearing any time frame. Again, this would be a good question for Cathy. And anyone who gets any info is welcome to share it in the comments here or to e-mail it to me to post.
