Some of you have concerns about the tile floor in your bathroom. To date Frank has had no problems installing the toilets in any unit. He has done work at Canal Place for years and is familiar with the building plumbing. Contact Frank for additional information.

Frank was great! Installation experience was terrific. No tile trouble but he came to inspect and confirmed before ordering the toilets.

Frank is doing the work. He’s a great plumber. Highly recommend. I like this toilet over the other Kohler toilet I have and it’s a lot less expensive to install.
Frank was indeed great–my toilet was installed in a matter of minutes. (OK, maybe an hour). It works better than the original it replaced, and looks good. The price we’re getting through Frank right now is also great. Took a 5 minute consultation for Frank to review the situation, and then just the one visit to install. (And he cleaned everything up and took away the old one, too). Highly recommended.
