Upstairs ac is doing fine. Main floor not as efficient. Time for a maintenance check-up, but nothing to do with the complex as a whole
Unit 517 (back canal facing side of building) and we had no AC all day Sunday. Seems to have kicked back on (weakly) this AM (Monday).
FYI – it would help to know if the original complaint also shares the same cooling tower as our unit (517) since we have had problems in the past with the cooling tower.
We just had both units checked, they’re fine.
I’ve had a thermometer on the vent for years. Outflow temp used to be 56F for both.
This year, it has almost never gotten below 60F. Today, 62F.
Blinds closed, AC running all day, and still 76F in the condo at 9:30pm.
In my opinion, the cooling tower has not worked efficiently at any point this year.
Really, really sick of this after 8 years.
502 not working this AM, must be a blockage.
