AC Solutions

Just a reminder, if you’re having problems with your AC, you need to contact Cathy Deloge (royal.cathy@comcast.net  or  978-521-9995) to get it fixed.  Since people were chiming in with problems after that last post, I passed it along to Cathy and she’s looking into it.

But I do sympathize with wanting input from your neighbors first–just like when I used to look out the window of my old house to see if my neighbors had power when mine went out!

  1. Thank you for the follow up. How much effort would it be for Cathy to monitor this bulletin board just as the rest of us do? Being proactive on her part would allow a faster response to issues with our community.

  2. I just called about an hour ago and was told that there was a problem and that it was “fixed”. No word on what the problem was. If I get an answer I will post. Cathy left no reason for the problem with the person who answered the phone.

So next time, be sure to call! This year they have worked twice on that cooling tower with no explanation on what was done. A few years ago, they were supposed to make upgrades to the system. Are those upgrades working? Seems like the same thing happens in regards to hot air coming in through the dryer vent. Some circuit breaker tripped or something.
