The annual meeting for Canal Place (One) owners will be held Wednesday, October 12th, at 6:00pm on the roof of the Leo Roy Garage. In case of inclement weather, it will be in the rear section of the Canal Place atrium, same date and time. In either case, please bring your own chair.
It amazes me that we are still meeting at the Garage because of Covid concerns. If you are still concerned about Covid infection, may I please ask you send a proxy vote and let the rest of us go back to meeting next door at the Visitors Center.

I don’t understand why we moved this an hour back due to it being october in new england but are still holding it on the roof of the garage when we have an atrium we don’t use for anything – if we are prepared to use the atrium as a rain location, we can use it because it’s cold.
Seems like the atrium would be perfect for this – bring a chair and a mask and call it good (or, heaven forbid, do it online).
Also, as a reminder, some of us still have commutes and work til 5, a 6pm meeting mid-week is not especially accessible.
