Dear neighbors,
After 25 years in Canal Place, I have decided to move to NJ to be near to grandkids and my son. During early days of COVID, I was unable to travel to see them, and the distance propelled me to think about moving closer.
I have loved living in this building and with my neighbors. I’ll be putting my condo up for sale soon. If you know someone you would like to have as a neighbor, and they are looking for a place with a wonderful view, please let me know–pass on my email: silvica@aol.com or put a note under my door. It’s # 605, view of City Hall and great sunsets, 2 bedroom, small library area, small office space, LR/DR combo, galley kitchen, 1.5 baths.
