If anyone’s noticed the freight elevator having issues, here’s the word from the management:
The last week or so the freight elevator had several different problems. 1) the electric circuit breaker was replaced, 2) the door contacts on the first floor were replaced, 3) the microprocessor had to be re-programmed because it lost its memory – for the first time ever. Everything seems to be well again.
Will this correct the squeaking that began a few weeks back?
Would be nice to replace the faulty items in the front elevator that cause all the floors to light up…
Agreed. But I’m told the elevator behaves perfectly any time a professional tries to assess the problem.
