Is anyone else experiencing AC problems? I woke to them this morning and don’t want to place a service call if it is the building.

I had someone check out my unit recently and was told the water tempurture from the tower coming was much higher than should be.
Mine hasn’t worked for the past couple months. I’ve been playing phone tag with A1 Maintenance Master for several weeks trying to get them to take a look, but no luck. I think my problem is a Freon leak. If A1 ever shows up, I’ll post what they find!
(I did some troubleshooting on my own last year and found that the 20yr old capacitor in one unit lost its voltage, and was able to easily replace it myself. Motor problems can be solved by going to Sun Electric Motors and taking the motor/fan with you. They can repair/rebuild motor and fan systems.)
Both of our units are working fine.
There is nothing wrong with the Buildings HVAC system.
We have 4 units in our condo and they all work.
Each AC / Heating unit in your condo is a heat pump. They
work individually to COOL each floor. Have the one that is not working serviced. If A1 can’t get to you promptly try PSI Engineering. Jim was out this week to fix a noise problem
we were having.
