Any idea what new residents might do for mail? The current mailroom in our building is already pretty crowded (and it’s been getting worse over the years with more deliveries).
Also related – the numbering of our buildings is already confusing for guests/contractors/deliveries with three buildings labelled as 200…. adding a 246.1 in the middle doesn’t help.
I’m concerned about two years’ work of construction noise and the subsequent parking. We have a hard enough time getting non-residents to not park in the side parking lot. Who is going to enforce this when there’s 20 new units and cars?
