A snow emergency has been declared as of noon today with a parking ban kicking in at 6:00pm. During a snow emergency all residents parked in the surface lot must remove their cars for plowing. Any cars still in the lot after 6:00pm may be towed regardless of sticker color.

Free parking is available for residents beginning at 4:00pm in the Hamilton Canal Garage behind Canal Place 3, but NOT at the Leo Roy. The Association will NOT refund fees for parking during a snow emergency.
