In the past it&#8217;s always been from 6:00 to 8:00. Can anyone confirm that time frame?<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.likelowell.com\/halloween-stroll\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Annual Monster Stroll<\/a> happens today downtown. \u00a0Please watch for the little monsters if you go driving anywhere.<\/p>\n<p>And if you haven&#8217;t signed up for the Association Potluck next Saturday, you can do so <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSej0PeU2yWUUsUulm-uUsmUJkBuZJEdu8YXr5qXOKpkbvktmA\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.
