{"id":83,"date":"2014-11-17T22:16:17","date_gmt":"2014-11-17T22:16:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.canalplaceone.com\/bulletinboard\/?p=83"},"modified":"2014-11-17T22:16:17","modified_gmt":"2014-11-17T22:16:17","slug":"the-fountain","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.canalplaceone.com\/bulletinboard\/uncategorized\/the-fountain\/","title":{"rendered":"The Fountain"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The latest news from the management about the fountain appears below. \u00a0My understanding from listening in on the last board meeting is that these repairs are being done by a different company with more experience in fountains at no extra cost to the association.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Beginning on Friday, November 14, 2014 the work on replacing the fountain will begin.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>A protective barrier around the work area will be installed.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>The fountain components will be removed.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>The area will be measured so the new fountain can be properly fabricated offsite.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>The new fountain will then be installed.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>The metal platform will be cleaned and sealed and the cushions put back.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>This process should take about 5 weeks to complete.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Thank you for your patience.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Royal Management Company<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The latest news from the management about the fountain appears below. \u00a0My understanding from listening in on the last board meeting is that these repairs are being done by a different company with more experience in fountains at no extra cost to the association.
