Here\u00a0is a copy of the Registration Form.<\/a>
\nIt\u00a0must be RECEIVED in the Lowell City Election Office by\u00a08 p.m.\u00a0Wednesday October 15, 2014\u00a0for you to be registered to vote in the November election.<\/p>\n

Three questions\u00a0that\u00a0MUST\u00a0be answered\u00a0for your application to be accepted are:
\n1.\u00a0Are you a US Citizen? ( Question #1)
\n2.\u00a0Are you, or will you, be 18 years old by Election Day? (Question #1)
