Just got info from a resident regarding the closed stairwell at the Leo Roy Garage (thank you, Brian). \u00a0Here’s what he says:<\/p>\n
“Prepare to be inconvenienced for another month.\u00a0 The person in charge is Nic Navin of the Parking and Garage department.\u00a0 He tells me that the project underway over there is a 3 million dollar project and includes new drainage and repairs.”<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n I found a bit more info on the LDNA site<\/a>, and on their Facebook page:<\/a><\/p>\n “Update:\u00a0\u200e<\/span>Lowell\u202c<\/span>\u00a0Roy (Market) Garage repairs. From Nicholas Navin, Parking Director:<\/em><\/p>\n Starting March 7, a little more than half of the roof will be occupied as a work zone, with an equivalent area below on the fourth floor as a protected area. This adds up to about 150 spaces.
