The developer planning to rehab the old “Picker & Power House”\u2014aka the “Turbine Building”\u2014 attached to the back of our building has been awarded $2.4 million in housing tax credits to create 27 units of market-rate housing. While there are some concerns among our residents about congestion, having that structure repaired, improved, and maintained is a plus for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
