For urgent issues please contact our property manager via phone (781-860-0605) or email<\/a>. (Tenants should generally contact their landlord rather than management unless it’s an issue that requires immediate<\/strong> attention such as a significant leak or safety issue.) <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n For your convenience, the “Contact<\/a>” page of this site offers a comprehensive list of the who, when, where, how, and for what when it comes to reaching almost anyone involved in managing the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Lowell Folk Festival <\/a>is coming up July 25th through the 27th. It’s a huge event and lots of fun but be sure to allow extra time driving in and out of our lot or getting around town that weekend.
