Hi – I need technical help!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n When I am at home I can\u2019t access my email or any other system that requires an internet connection, even though, when I go to Settings, it tells me I\u2019m OK and I\u2019m connected to my own system.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n I\u2019m confused and I\u2019m afraid to press the wrong buttons that may mess up my system even more.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n I know there has to be someone at CP that understands this stuff a lot better than I.
