Please move your car out of our surface lot ASAP or risk being towed as per <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.canalplaceone.com\/filecabinet\/snowparkingrules.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Association rules<\/a>. The city announcement from <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lowellma.gov\/CivicAlerts.aspx?AID=503\" target=\"_blank\">lowellma.gov<\/a> reads as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Snow Emergency Parking Ban &#8211; February 9, 2021<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A snow emergency parking ban will be in effect today, Tuesday, Feb. 9 starting at 9 AM, and will be enforced beginning at 3 PM. No parking will be permitted on City streets until the ban is lifted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Free parking is available to residents who do not have access to off-street parking at three City garages: <strong>Ayotte Parking Facility,<\/strong> 1 Post Office Square, <strong>Lower Locks Garage<\/strong>, 90 Warren Street, and <strong>HCID Garage<\/strong>, Dutton Street @ Broadway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Residents will have two hours from when the parking ban is lifted to move their vehichles without incurring expens<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here we go again folks.
