Here are the specifics from the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/lrta.com\" target=\"_blank\">LRTA website<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CUSTOMER ADVISORY<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Effective Monday, Feb. 8<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the construction on the Central St Canal, the LRTA bus will not be able to utilize Central Street. The following routes will be affected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Route 18 Downtown Shuttle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Outbound:&nbsp;<\/strong>Regular outbound to John and Merrimack St.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inbound:&nbsp;<\/strong>Merrimack St. to left on Dutton St. Continue to Kennedy Center.&nbsp;<strong><em>(Market St passengers will have to go to Merrimack St or Dutton St to catch the bus)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Route 9 Lowell Circulator<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Outbound:&nbsp;<\/strong>Regular outbound route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inbound:&nbsp;<\/strong>Regular inbound to Merrimack St. at City Hall, Right on Dutton St. to Kennedy Center.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Someone kindly pointed out in a comment on the last post that the Central Street construction will also affect local buses.
