For more about the festival check <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lowellcityoflights.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Local artists (including several of your neighbors) have contributed one-of-a-kind snowflakes to decorate store windows downtown and along the parade route.
