The flyer says they do inside and out – I assume from outside? Like they tip out the windows?
No, they are not tipping the windows from inside to do the outside glass.
They are using a lift and extension poles from the ground to reach the glass on the outside.

The flyer says they clean interior and exterior glass. Do they clean the inside from inside the units or are they tipping out the windows?
